Refund and Returns Policy

Need to return your product? See below for instructions.

You have 30 days from the day of your purchase to issue a return of the product. Product must be in original packaging and unused/uninstalled. You can start the return process by contacting us via our email or our Text message line. Any items that are returned outside of the return parameters will be subject to restocking fees dependent on the conditions of the order.

In your return inquiry, please include your name, order number, email, and phone number so we can properly initiate your return. If you have multiple items in your order, please list which item(s) you are returning.

There are certain situations where a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. These include:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, it can take up to 5 business days for the return to show in your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
